This, ladies and gents, is the most incredible smoothie!! Glorious and green, it’s the perfect supplement to a small morning meal or a midday snack. Delectable beyond compare ♥ ♥
What you’ll need:
1 large mango (or 2 small)
1 banana
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 cup hemp milk (or whatever type of milk you desire!)
2 big ol’ ice cubes
(you can add a tablespoon of protein powder, chia seeds, ground flax, etc. if you wanna up the health factor, too!)
Now:
Throw all ingredients in a blender. It’ll turn light light green (which is the glorious part ;). Blend it up until it looks smooth and the spinach leaves have been ground to teeny tiny bits. Super simple, and now you’re ready to sip your way to a healthy body! Happy munching, beautiful people : ).
